Condition New. This is the exact mp3 buyer are going to get. The mp3 plastic cover has been cleaned and sanitized.  I inspected the mp3 and shows minor wear on plastic cover but, new condition (see it for yourself in pictures). The original battery may need to be replace(see picture).  I will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I Do Not Accepted returned on new items.  I do not accept partial refund.  Any question, please feel free to contact me and I will response as soon as possible.
