Your payment is expected immediately after your purchase. If payment is not received with 48 hrs, an unpaid case will be opened.
We do our best to ship within the time specified in the listing. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will always communicate with you. We use the least expensive method of shipping and reserve the right to upgrade to a carrier with faster service at our discretion.

In the event that your item qualifies for a return, you will need to provide photos of the defect before returning it. Item must be carefully packaged and returned to us in the same physical condition it was when you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the item is received back and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 2 business days. Qualifying returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
